About Me

With more than 28 years of experience in the construction industry, I have built deep expertise in forensic delay analysis, project controls, and planning. My career has been shaped by complex, large-scale projects across the GCC — from residential developments and malls to metro lines, bridges, underpass tunnels, roads, underground utilities, water tanks, marine works, and landscape projects.

I specialise in developing robust delay analyses to apportion incurred delay to the responsible parties and protect contractors from liquidated damages. I am equally adept in analysing concurrent delays and in preparing disruption and acceleration claims.

Beyond claims, I assist contractors in meeting project timelines by supporting the development of sound baseline programmes, providing technical know-how for monitoring and controlling progress, and preparing recovery schedules to address schedule overruns.

Planning Support

I assist planning teams in developing robust baseline programmes by undertaking complex but critical elements — resource loading, cost loading based on the BoQ, activity code structuring, and comprehensive schedule health-checks to ensure the programme is free of any issues that might jeopardise its integrity. I also provide progress tracking and recovery plans to keep projects on course.

Project Controls
